Check out this month's employee spotlight, which features our Customer Service Supervisor - Brenda Oszust. ![Featured-Brenda-Oszust](https://blog.fullertontool.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Featured-Brenda-Oszust.png?width=752&name=Featured-Brenda-Oszust.png) ### Brenda Oszust Get to know Brenda Oszust, our Customer Service Supervisor. Brenda has worked at Fullerton for 22 years, starting as the receptionist and she moved quickly to the best customer service department in the industry and she is now honored to be the supervisor of this great group. Brenda's favorite thing about working at Fullerton is that she believes there is reason Fullerton is celebrating their 80th anniversary and that is because every person and position here encourages growth. The executive team exemplifies leadership and always encourages each and every one of us to make a difference. She could not ask for a better place to work or a greater work family. Brenda recently celebrated her 17th wedding anniversary with her husband/better half (who she met here at Fullerton). Her daughter (Haley) is in her final year at Grand Valley obtaining her Master's in Public Health, while her son (Jacob) is a sophomore at Birch Run High School. Her mini zoo (home) entails one English Mastiff (Emmett), one Chocolate Lab (Sadie), one furry cat (Cooper), and many chickens (she lost count). In her spare time she loves being outdoors, regardless if its doing yard work, hanging with the dogs, or just floating in the pool with a good book. She is truly blessed to live in Michigan with the four seasons however, she would NOT miss the winter months if life took her further South.
