Debra O'Neil

Get to know Debra O'Neil, a member of the Fullerton family for three years. Debra wears many hats as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, and Assistant to several departments, including Executive, FAST Academy, Floor Production, and Invoicing. Her ability to juggle multiple roles with a smile adds a unique warmth to our workplace.

Debra describes working at Fullerton as being part of a larger family where everyone is connected and supportive, enhancing the team spirit that Fullerton prides itself on.

Outside of work, Debra is a devoted mother to two incredibly talented children: Shea, who excels musically, and Bailey, who thrives in the medical field. She's also a loving grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters, Jocelyn and Finnley, who light up her world. An extreme hobbyist at heart, Debra loves diving into new activities that challenge her creativity and skill.

Q&A with Debra

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A special effects makeup artist for movies.

What skill would you like to master?
Singing well and playing the guitar.

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
Pay off my daughter's medical school loans and buy my son a home.

What are your top two life highlights?
Family and children.

What is your biggest achievement to date – personal or professional?
Being a mom.

What is your favorite line from a movie or book?
"If music be the food of love, play on." Shakespeare's play Twelfth Night.

If you could be any animal, what would you be? Why?
The tiger has always been my totem animal. In high school, I painted a tiger picture, see photos.

What Disney character do you relate to the most? Why?

Pocahontas because of nature and grounding.

What is your favorite outdoor activity?

I enjoy all of them: hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, gardening, boating, two-track, exploring, and riding my motorcycle.

Would you rather go back in time or in the future? Why?

I always said I was born in the wrong era, but visiting the past would be valuable personally. However, my head is always in the clouds, and I am forward-thinking!
