Neale Hicks
Neale is a Michigan native with more than 15 years of experience in industrial tooling and machining applications. He brings a deep understanding of the manufacturing environment and enjoys working directly with customers to find solutions that improve performance and efficiency.
Outside of work, Neale stays busy with his family and is heavily involved in coaching travel softball. Whether in the shop or on the field, he values relationships, hard work, and being part of a strong community.

Chris Sellers
Chris brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, with a strong focus on building relationships and solving problems with practical, results-driven solutions. His background spans leadership roles in industry as well as running his own business, giving him a well-rounded perspective on what customers need to succeed.
Outside of work, Chris is focused on faith and family, spending time with his wife and four children. He's known for his work ethic - and for being just as comfortable solving problems in the shop as he is behind the smoker.
