As we closed out the month of March, Fullerton had many successes in our lab. Completing a lengthy part processing and programming project for a large aerospace supplier on the West Coast in 6Al4v Titanium. This project was a culmination of our entire team and ultimately built further confidence in the "NEW" TiMill series. Final design has been established for the Micro Fury, with additional outside testing with a large Medical account in the Midwest, further validating results.
Fullerton's R&D Lab has been temporarily shut down due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Fullerton has tried to limit the non-essential exposure to all manufacturing areas and inspection equipment.
During this downtime, we have further evaluated our speeds and feeds charts, supporting the more aggressive testing results we are seeing in applications with the Fury and TiMills. We have also used this time to organize and prioritize upcoming projects and Product Development requirements so we are able to hit the ground running. With Manufacturing opening on the 18th, we are poised to devote additional time and resources to complete these projects as quickly as possible.
With this we need your support, get your projects in a.s.ap. We have full intentions of coming out of this pandemic stronger than ever. Fullerton's lab is fully committed to supporting our customers' needs in providing solutions to your needs. You can submit projects by emailing us at dfunchion@fullertontool.com.
