Tell us your origin story. How did your company come to be, and what was its inspiration?
JACC Group wasn't born in a day. It's the culmination of experience, trials, and a vision for something better. After navigating through different ventures—from a wine wholesaler impacted by legislative changes to a decade-long stint in cutting tool distribution—our founder saw a gap in the market. There were plenty of salespeople with tooling knowledge but few with real sales chops amid an evolving industrial supply landscape. This realization sparked the creation of JACC Group, aiming to fill that gap with skilled salesmanship. 

What's the superpower of your team? What unique skills or qualities make your team stand out?
What sets JACC Group apart? It's their youthful energy and relentless drive for success. More than just skills, it's their philosophy that helping their partners and clients thrive financially paves the way for their own success. The team's culture is built on constant reflection and improvement, making it a perfect fit with Fullerton's ethos of continuous enhancement.

What Fullerton tool would you say is your team's favorite and why?
Ask anyone at JACC Group about their favorite tool, and you'll likely hear a split vote between Fullerton's V-Mac end mill and Fullerton's robust website. The V-Mac stands out for its superior performance in the market, while the website offers critical support that complements its hands-on expertise. Both tools reflect Fullerton's commitment to excellence—a principle deeply ingrained in JACC Group's operations.

Looking to the future, what exciting things should we expect from your team?
Looking ahead, JACC Group is not slowing down. Their vision includes expanding their team with top-tier sales talent and possibly setting up a stocking warehouse in Houston to serve the growing demands better. The recent addition of Joe Jr. to the Texas team marks just the beginning of what promises to be an exciting growth phase.
