Get to know Mitch McNalley, End Mill Team Lead and 2021 Employee of the Year. Mitch is approaching his 14th year at Fullerton this March. As the end mill team lead he is responsible for writing programs and lining up work for the entire cell. His favorite part about working at Fullerton is that it is family-owned and family-oriented, he enjoys both his coworkers and leaders.
Mitch and his wife, Jaina, have been married for 4 years. Together they have 4 children - Leela, Acacia, Aven, and Kellan. When he's not at home with his family or at work, he enjoys writing music and playing guitar.

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? A meteorologist.
What do you consider to be the best invention of all time? Air conditioning.
What's the weirdest job you've ever had? Making cutting tools, lol.
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? Definitely tacos.
What skill would you like to master? Mixing and mastering music.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Pay off my house and go on vacation!
What's the most played song on your phone? Schism by Tool at the moment.
What are your top three life highlights? My kids, my wedding day, and my home.
What is your least favorite food? Why? Chinese because yuck!
If you could live anywhere, where would it be? Ireland.
Would you rather go back in time or in the future? Why? The future because I have already seen the past.
