Scott McDow
Get to know Scott McDow, a member of the Fullerton family for thirteen years, playing a crucial role in supporting our production vision and spearheading projects. At Fullerton Tool University, he develops and delivers training that empowers both new recruits and seasoned team member alike.
Scott enjoys the dynamic nature of his job, especially when it comes to learning and teaching. "The best part of my job is seeing someone learn something new, or getting to learn something new myself," he shares. This reflects Fullerton's core values of continuous improvement and collective growth.
On the home front, Scott is just as busy. He and his wife, Amey, will soon celebrate their 31st wedding anniversary. They have three children, three grandchildren, and a fourth on the way. Their family also includes a lively collection of pets ranging from a dog and a cat to a horse, a donkey, and even chickens. Scott loves spending quality time with his grandchildren, indulging them with all the perks of being grandparents.
Scott's dedication to growth, whether at work or with his family and pets, shows his commitment to nurturing and leadership.
Q&A with Scott
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be my dad. Everything he did seemed cool, he gave great guidance and cared deeply about the people in his life. Or an astronaut, I imagine.
What do you consider to be the best invention of all time?
The printing press. Knowledge should be shared.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
Make sure my family has what it needs and do fun stuff!
What is your guilty pleasure?
Ice cream!
What is your favorite line from a movie or book?

What is your favorite outdoor activity?
Updating or maintaining the property. We spend most of our free time puttering around the barn.
