Steve Oszust Jr.
Get to know Steve Oszust Jr., our Product Development Manager/Lead Tool Design Engineer. Steve has been part of the Fullerton family for almost 30 years. His daily responsibilities revolve around keeping projects moving, and coordinating resources and processes leading to measurable outcomes regarding future product offerings and tooling updates. What Steve likes best about working at Fullerton are the people, their diversity, and their willingness to work together as needed.
Steve has been married to his wife Brenda for nearly 34 years (17 for her, 17 for him). They have two children, Haley (23) who is in her final year as a graduate student at GVSU in Grand Rapids and Jacob (15) who is a freshman at Birch Run High School. They have 2 dogs, Sadie an 8-year-old Labrador Retriever and Emmett, a 10-month-old English Mastiff.

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Heavy equipment operator.
What do you consider to be the best invention of all time?
Combustion engine.
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Tacos and Tacos.
What skill would you like to master?
Time management.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
Help people.
What's the most played song on your phone?

What is the one thing about you that would surprise people?
My devotion to our Lord Jesus Christ and his teachings.
What's your hidden talent?
I can fix about anything.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Bourbon.
What is your least favorite food?
Chinese.
What is your biggest achievement to date - personal or professional?
My role as husband and father, spiritual leader to my family.
What is your favorite line from a movie or book?
I want my two dollars! Better off Dead, 1985.
If you could be any animal, what would you be? Why?
Honey badger because "honey badgers don't give a shit".
What is your favorite outdoor activity?
Grilling for friends and family.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
A private island in the Caribbean.
Would you rather go back in time or in the future? Why?
Back in time, I believe it would be important to right some wrongs in my past, repair relationships, and be kinder overall. The future is exciting, but should not be altered or known, where's the fun in that.
