Tell us your origin story. How did your company come to be, and what inspired it?
RAM Sales & Market was founded by Bob Marinelli, who brought his sharp insights as a former cutting tool sales manager into creating a rep agency tailored specifically for Florida's booming industrial market. It all started with a pivotal meeting in December 1989 when Bob presented his business plan to Morgan L. Curry, the President of Fullerton, who recognized the potential and hired him right on the spot.

What's the superpower of your team? What unique skills or qualities make your team stand out?
What sets RAM Sales apart? Their laser-focused expertise in the CNC machining industry and their exclusive dedication to Florida. This localized approach allows them to foster deep, meaningful relationships with distributors and machine shops across the state. They're not just representatives; they're part of the community they serve, offering a curated selection of products that speak directly to the needs of their clients.

What Fullerton tool would you say is your team's favorite and why?
When it comes to tooling, the AlumaMill and AlumaDrill are RAM's go-to heroes, especially given Florida's heavy machining of aluminum. These tools have proven themselves time and again, with RAM reporting zero failures during testing - a testament to both the tools' design and RAM's product savviness. 

Looking to the future, what exciting things should we expect from your team?
Looking forward, RAM is excited to expand their team with additional outside sales staff to match Florida's growing market. With Brandon Mazza, who joined in 2017 and quickly rose to Vice President and partner, at the helm, RAM is poised for even greater coverage and influence.

As RAM Sales & Marketing enters its 36th year of partnership with Fullerton, they reflect on the sustained investments and innovations from Fullerton that help ensure top-notch quality and service.
