Welcome back to our Fullerton employee spotlight series - where we shine a light on the incredible individuals who help shape our success! This month, we're excited to feature Noah Drummond, one of our Manufacturing Application Engineers, who's been making an impact since joining the Fullerton family just one year ago.

Noah Drummond
Noah's days are anything but predictable - in the best way. Whether he's tracking down parts, testing new processes, supporting projects in the R&D lab, or jumping in with FAST Academy training sessions, Noah brings flexibility, curiosity, and smarts to every corner of his role. He also regularly meets with customers to help them fine-tune their operations, proving that no two days are ever quite the same.
When asked what he enjoys most about working at Fullerton, Noah didn't hesitate: "The family atmosphere." That sense of camaraderie and connection makes every task more rewarding - and every win a team victory.
Noah brings that same community-minded spirit to his life outside of work, too. As the oldest of seven siblings, he grew up on a dairy farm and still enjoys helping out around home whenever he can. In his downtime, he's all about video games, hunting, fishing, cooking, and rolling up his sleeves for farm projects.
With his strong work ethic, hands-on versatility, and a whole lot of heart, Noah is a fantastic addition to our team.
Q&A with Noah
What do you consider to be the best invention of all time?
This is a hard question. One of the most impactful pairs of inventions on all of us would be a pen and paper. Most of us interact with these two items in tandem every single day. A pen and paper allow us to pass on knowledge reliably.

My go-to meal anywhere is a hamburger with all the fixings. It never gets old to me.

The first thing that I am doing is investing that money and making sure that I can't lose it all.

I am a big U.S. history/military history nerd.
If you could witness any historical event, what would you want to see and why?
This is a hard question, there are so many different events that come to mind. One of the first ones that come to mind is that I would like to go back and watch the Battle of Baltimore and then watch Francis Scott Key write the poem "The Star Spangled Banner".
What's your hidden talent?
I can remember a lot of random facts and tidbits about everything and anything.
What is your least favorite food? Why?
I am not a big fan of lemon-flavored foods; they are too sour for my tastes.

My biggest professional achievement is graduating from Saginaw Valley State University with a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and the honor of Suma Cum Laude.

Not a movie or book, but a quote. "So you have enemies? Good. That means. you have stood up for something, sometime in your life." - Winston Churchill
